S. S. Stewart Special Thoroughbred (peghead)
| Description | : | this is a very special and possibly custom made Stewart. It features a 10-1/2 inch spunover rim with beautiful marquetry interior and floral engraving on the German silver exterior. The cherry neck has a 26 inch scale with outstanding heel Peony carving and custom inlays including engraved pearl butterflies at the 2nd and 9th frets. The other pearl inlays are all engraved and unlike any Thoroughbred we have seen. Of special note is the large gold medallion in the peghead with the name STEWART florally entwined. |
