Blues and Jug Band songs are fun to sing and play on the uke, and include many of the same musical elements: chord melody, riffs and turn arounds. We’ll learn a few classics to use some of these techniques on the uke. Later in the day, you can join Ron at the Rochester Library for a uke and jug band jam (free!), to play along to get this more “under your fingers”. He’ll also show how to access these, plus many more song sheets, original period sheet music, and sound files from his website.
