Calling all vintage Fender fans! This American Vintage Reissue (AVRI) Telecaster guitar from 1999 is a well crafted instrument that captures the spirit of the original 1952 model. A nice looking black guard with some authentic elbow wear, the right snappy tele tone, flat head screws, all in the spirit of early rock & country.
The Telecaster was a Fender innovation that changed the world of music and helped create rock & roll. This particular guitar boasts a nicely relic'd ash body with a blonde nitrocellulose finish. Natural checking, dings, and wear marks are present, giving it some authentic vibe.
The neck has a comfortable C profile with a 50's style profile with a thickness that measures .87 inches at the first fret with a slight taper up to .90 inches at the 12th fret. The frets show minimal wear despite the notable wear on the fingerboard's finish. The guitar has a standard nut width of 1 5/8" inches and a straight neck with a comfortable action of 4/64 inches at the 12th fret.
Includes aftermarket tweed hardshell case.
