Great playing example of a Weymann Style 2 tenor from the famous Philadelphia firm. The megaphonic rim assembly features all maple construction bound with rosewood, and a delicate herringbone pattern also trims the top edge; some finish checking and scratches are present; original tailpiece present, BUT this banjo is missing the armrest AND the pop-off resonator. The multi-piece maple neck has a rosewood fingerboard with fancy pearl inlay; 19 fret neck with 22" scale; mild fret wear present; recessed geared tuners original; some checking present on the beautiful peghead overlay. Great instrument set up for Celtic Style.
